Hoffmann (Director: Operations)
Fred Hoffmann has been in the telecommunication / Electrical
and construction industry since 1995 when he completed his
apprenticeship as construction electrician and form his own
successful electrical contractors business , in 2002 he sold
his interest in the business and stated building upmarket
homes in Pretoria , in 2009 he was invited to join a
telecommunication company and set up there operational
sector this was done with great success and after 2 ˝ years
he decided to start FHRM and supply the telecommunication
sector with an unsurpassed level of service and commitment.
Experience Attained on the
following projects, to name a few:
• Vodacom network renewal project, South Africa
• 8ta 2g-3g network installation
• Infraco new site builds, (northern ring)
• Cell C network upgrade (western cape)
• Core network installations (vodacom, MTN, Telkom)
• IP microwave installations (MTN)
• CTN installations and commissioning (MTN)
• LTE (long term evolution) installation (MTN)
• Container reticulation (Infraco)

Principles and Objectives
FHRM recognizes the primary business driver of safeguarding
and promoting the health and safety of its employees,
contractor’s employees and of all those, including members
of the public, who may be affected by our work.
The Company will discharge its statutory obligations and
duties placing health and safety issues on an equal priority
with other business objectives.
The minimum health and safety standards acceptable to us are
those required by relevant legislation and authoritative
guidance. These requirements will be met, and enhanced where
long-term business or stakeholder interests can be improved.
We intend to make FHRM the contractor of choice and position
itself at the forefront of best practice in South Africa,
and influence others accordingly.
